The datalogging and download package above is enhanced with software permitting analogue readings and digital events to be recorded, communicated, and stored. In addition this package includes e-RPM’s innovative web-based Virtual Control Panel that provides authorised users with a complete process management capability.

The Virtual Control Panel (VCP) gives authorised users a visually convenient, web-based facility to monitor and control process applications up to five locations within a site.

The Monitoring Panel provides digital illuminated indicator status e.g high, low, OK, also analogue readings represented as both a scaled instrument display, and a digital reading.

The Control Panel has the same layout as the Monitoring Panel with the addition of on/off switches and sliders to set analogue parameters.

The Event Log provides both graphical time-based histories of readings and tabular records. Data can be downloaded as a CSV file to create archive records for on-going compliance purposes.

The VCP includes a Camera viewing facility, enabling still images to be requested from the master camera, or slave cameras where more than one camera is installed.

Installation

We provide a full installation and testing service. Where customers wish to handle their own installation, we can test remotely, once installed.
